CHANEL torna al Ritz: pre-fall 2017

La Moda corre, corre sempre più veloce ad anticipare se stessa. A meno di un mese da Natale si svolgono le sfilate che ci lasciano sbirciare tra le proposte relative al prossimo inverno. Chanel il 5 dicembre ha presentato al Ritz di Parigi la sua Pre-Fall.

Le modelle hanno presentato la collezione camminando tra arredi sfarzosi, tessuti pregiati e sfavillanti che rimandavano alle atmosfere degli anni ’20 e ’30, quando quelle sale erano affollate da star del jet-set internazionale. Molti i personaggi noti che si sono prestati come testimonial per il marchio, tra loro la modella Cara Delevingne, il cantante Pharrell, Lily-Rose Depp e Sofia Richie.

Su una base musicale che evocava sonorità anni ’80 le modelle hanno sfoggiato preziosi abiti e tailleur ricamati. Il make up è semplice, i gioilelli dei grandi classici, spiccano le fascette nere legate alla gola. Le acconciature non elaborate sono impreziosite da grandi fiori tanto cari a Billie Holiday, abbinati a velette a macro rete.

L’impressione generale è quella di assistere ad un mix di stili che vede in linea più generale il trionfo di un revival degli anni ’70 e ’80. La lunghezza delle gonne è per lo più sotto il ginocchio o alla caviglia. Al di sotto degli abiti imperano stivali cuissardes in pelle magenta o nera. Presenti anche calzature dorate in stile Mary Janes, di impronta anni ’20. Le tinte sono tutte monocromatiche, virano dal beige all’oro, dal carminio al nero e pervadono lo spettatore di profumo, lusso, voluttà. Le linee sono decise, aiutano in questo senso le ampie spalline al di sotto delle giacche strutturate e degli ampi cappotti a quadri, dalla silhouette 70s. Sui tessuti imperano ricami dorati e pailettes che se non ci fanno proprio pensare alla Old Hollywood ci rimandano almeno indietro ai tempi della Disco. Così i pantaloni si fermano aderenti al ginocchio, brillanti come le giacche, o si fanno neri, lunghi e assai svasati sul fondo.

Fashion runs faster and faster to anticipate itself. Less than a month from Christmas fashion shows leave us peek through the proposals for the next year winter. Two days ago Chanel presented his Pre-Fall at the Ritz Hotel in Paris.

The models presented the collection by walking between rich furnishings, fine and sparkling fabrics that harked back to the atmosphere of the ’20s and’ 30s, when the halls were crowded with stars of the international jet-set. Many celebrities as a testimonial for the brand: among them the model Cara Delevingne, the singer Pharrell, Lily-Rose Depp and Sofia Richie.

On a musical base that evoked sounds from 80s the models showed precious embroidered dresses and suits. The make up was fresh and simple, great classics jewels, stand out the black bands tied to the throat. Not elaborate hairstyles was decorated with large flowers so dear to Billie Holiday, combined with veils on a macro network.

The general impression is to attend a mix of styles that sees more generally the triumph of a revival from the ’70s and’ 80s fashion. The length of skirts is mostly below the knee or ankle. Underneath the clothes reign cuissardes boots in magenta or black leather. Also present golden shoes “Mary Janes” in 20s style. The colors are all monochrome, change color from beige to gold, from crimson to black and perfume pervade the viewer, luxury, voluptuousness. The lines are decided, help in this regard the wide straps below the structured jackets and coats to large paintings, from the 70s silhouette. On fabrics reign gold embroidery and sequins that refer us back to the time of Disco. So the pants stop participating in the knees, shining like the jackets, or becomes blacks, long and very flared at the bottom.

Among the tissues, beyond the embroidered wool is leather, velvet in dark tones, from brown to burgundy. Blouses are romantic, lace, ruffled important from Edwardian style and in contrast to the wide wool scarf so hippie chic. For the evening clothes are knitted and in maxi shape, minimal and glittered, presented in cool colors.

The evening offers a great revival that ranges from the 20s, with long black dresses decorated with feathers as in the end of ’30, through blacks dressed in transparent silk decorated with tone on tone polka dots and colorful flower embroideries. Tacky, in my opinion, the choice of combining a down jacket in technical fabric in an elegant black tulle dress, perhaps the model thought the same.

Tra i tessuti oltre la lana ricamata è presente la pelle, il velluto nei toni scuri, dal marrone al bordeaux. Le camicette sono romantiche, in pizzo, con ruches importanti dal sapore edwardiano e in contrasto netto con gli ampi sciarponi hippie chic. Per la sera gli abiti in maglia sono maxi, minimali e glitterati, presentati in colori freddi.

La gran sera offre un revival che spazia dagli anni ’20, con abiti decorati da lunghe piume nere, alla fine dei ’30, attraverso vestiti neri in seta trasparente decorata con pois tono su tono e ricami di fiori colorati. Di cattivo gusto, a mio avviso, la scelta di abbinare un piumino in tessuto tecnico a un elegante abito di tulle nero, forse anche la modella pensava lo stesso.
